Requirements
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying (Master's in Contracts/Procurement preferred)
4-6 years of proven UAE experience in consultancy or main contracting
In-depth knowledge of
FIDIC contracts, BOQs, cost analysis, and tendering
Skilled in
CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, take-offs, and tender documentation
Lead tendering processes, evaluations, and contract finalizations
Review and certify variations, claims, and payment applications
Manage procurement and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct commercial reviews and recommend cost optimization strategies
