Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (Master's in Contracts/Procurement is an advantage)
4-6 years of UAE experience (consultancy or main contracting background preferred)
Strong understanding of FIDIC, BOQs, cost analysis, and tendering procedures
Proficiency in software such as CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, take-offs, and tender documents
Manage tender processes and oversee contract finalization
Review and certify payment applications, claims, and variations
Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and subcontractors
Conduct commercial audits and recommend process improvements
