Sr. Quantity Surveyor

Experience Requirements:

Total Experience: 8 to 12 years UAE Experience: 4 to 6 years - Consultancy working Experience Principal Consultants or Main Contract Experience: 4 to 6 years

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 4 years UAE experience with

Principal Consultants or Main Contractors

Master's in

Contracts or Procurement Management

(preferred) Certifications in

Procurement

,

Contracts Management

, and

Quantity Surveying

Proficient in

Cost X, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD

Familiar with

FIDIC contracts and conditions

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings and designs; prepare specifications, BOQs, and quantity take-offs Prepare tender documents and issue

RFPs (Request for Proposal)

and

RFQs (Request for Quotation)

Coordinate with contractors for tender submissions and post-tender clarifications Conduct

tender offer analysis

and prepare comparison reports, rate analysis, and negotiation support Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for

tender negotiation, finalization

, and

contract sign-off

Review and certify contractor and subcontractor commercial submissions such as

payment applications

and

variation claims

Prepare and issue

payment certificates

and

variation orders

Liaise with suppliers and specialist subcontractors for technical submittals, quotations, and procurement finalization Conduct

commercial audits

at project sites and submit observation reports to improve certification processes

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

Experience:

with UAE Principal Consultants/Main Contractor: 4 years (Required) Knowledge on FIDIC Contracts & Condition: 2 years (Required) Cost X, Bluebeam, Plan swift, Cad: 2 years (Preferred) High-Rise Building Surveying: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:

* Procurement or Contracts Management Certificate (Preferred)
