Minimum 5 years of Experience in the relevant Area.
Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliation reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.
