We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial management of high-end residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE market rates, and end-to-end quantity surveying for both pre- and post-contract stages
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets and BOQs Pre & Post Contract activities Conduct cost analysis and value engineering Review tenders and negotiate with contractors/subcontractors Track project cost-to-complete and cash flows Ensure contract compliance and manage variations/claims
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering 10+ years of QS experience in UAE Familiar with FIDIC, CESMM, NRM standards Proficient in CostX, AutoCAD, Power BI, and Revit MRICS (or APC Candidate) preferred Strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills
