Senior Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer
Company: A reputable general contracting company in the UAE
Location: United Arab Emirates
Position: Full-Time
Experience: 7-10 years in both pre- and post-contract roles

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for pre-tender and post-tender stages.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and specs.
Review tender documents, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations, and assist procurement.
Prepare interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
Coordinate with the project team and report directly to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
7-10 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE market rates.
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g. CCS, Candy is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Range:
AED 12,000 - 18,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
