Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) Manage and track project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting Evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on commercial matters Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other contract forms Monitor progress and prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts Conduct cost risk analysis and value engineering

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other regional contract standards Proficient in cost software (e.g., Candy, CCS, Excel) Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills MRICS or working towards chartered status preferred UAE driving license is an advantage
