Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specializing in multistorey building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, tendering, and overall commercial management of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQs, and cost reports
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
Manage interim payments, variations, and final accounts
Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in multistorey building construction
Proven expertise in FIDIC or other standard forms of contract
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
UAE experience preferred
