Job Description
Solid Building Contracting is now hiring a Civil quantity surveyor to performs a variety of Quantity Surveying and standard estimating activities individually. Job Responsibilities: - Pre-Tender: Estimation ( Quantity Take off + Pricing) Revision of Quotations based on requested changes. - Post Contract: Preparation of Variations. Preparation of RFQs. Preparation of Subcontractors payments. Preparation of Comparison after review of quotations. Approval of material requests from site. Final Closure of projects i.e compilation of payments, variations and similar items. What Required Skills You\'ll Bring: Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity or Building Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized university. A minimum of 8 years relevant quantity surveying experience Knowledge of pre and post contract administration. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Quantity Surveyor: 5 years (Preferred)
