The Role
Guildhall is working with a leading construction group who is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor for their Luxury Fit Out division. We are looking for someone to undertake the following duties: - Take off quantities. - Preparation of BOQ. - Pricing and Estimation. - Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material). - Analysing and mitigating risks at the tender stage. - Planing the project cash flow according to the estimate. An analysis of the industry (PESTLE, SWOT) and the choice of jobs (tenders) should be made based on this analysis.
Requirements
In order to be selected for this role, candidates should have the following skills, experience and qualifications: - Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent - 5+ years experience in Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying - Must have experience in high end Fit Out on buildings such as Hotels, Palaces, Museums or equivalent
