Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quantity surveying, cost control, variation/claims management, and measurement for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and verify quantity take-offs and BOQs.
Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
Prepare and review interim payment applications.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial progress.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Maintain cost records and prepare commercial reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
Requirements
12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local industry standards.
Experience in pre- and post-contract QS functions.
Proficient in measurement standards and cost control software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be in Qatar with a transferable visa.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
