:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Review and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project efficiency.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on all commercial and contractual matters.
Prepare monthly cost and progress reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and Qatar Construction Standards (QCS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control software.
UPDA/MMUP certification preferred.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
