Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering
Min. 10 years\' experience with high rise & mixed type of building projects.
Quantity take off in plan swift and preparing technical submission for tenders. data entry in candy connect
Good command of computer software in the field of estimation & costing.
Good knowledge of market rates/price of materials and various construction works tendering process, local conditions and current trends.
Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
