Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE experience in both

pre-contract and post-contract

functions, with exposure to

fit-out, building construction, or facility management

projects. Candidates currently in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budget forecasts, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions and project execution. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost evaluations. Review and verify subcontractor quotations, claims, variations, and invoices. Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports to ensure alignment with budget. Prepare and manage contractual documentation, including tender packages, agreements, and correspondence. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data for valuations. Assist in negotiation with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for pricing and contractual matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards. Conduct site visits as required for progress verification and measurement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Strong experience in

pre & post contract

work. Experience in

fit-out, building construction, or facility management

is highly preferred. Proficient in QS software, MS Office, and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Available in

Abu Dhabi

or willing to relocate.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
