We are currently seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a site-based role across various ongoing projects within the UAE.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE Experience
Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or preferably Mechanical Engineering
Familiar with methods of measurement such as POMI, NRM, and standard contract forms
Proficient in Planswift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel (strong skills in data analysis & reporting)
Currently based in the UAE who are ready to join immediately preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Take-Offs & Measurement: Accurately extract quantities from drawings/specs for MEP works
Payment Management: Support in preparing/verifying interim payments and subcontractor billing
Variation/Change Order Management: Assist in tracking scope changes, cost impacts, and preparing claims
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
