We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic team in the
Interior Fit-Out and Exhibition
sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5+ years of proven UAE experience
in the interior fit-out industry, with strong knowledge of commercial, retail, hospitality, and exhibition projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate costings.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Conduct site visits and valuations to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
Manage project budgets, identify variations, and prepare variation claims.
Prepare interim payment applications and final account settlements.
Coordinate closely with project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
Ensure all QS tasks comply with contract requirements and project timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in Interior Fit-Out & Exhibition projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent knowledge of cost control and value engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Surveying software.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience in both
Interior Fit-Out
and
Exhibition setups
will be highly regarded.
