Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities at all stages of the project
Evaluate contractor claims and certify interim and final payments
Conduct cost estimation and budgeting
Review and analyze tenders and prepare commercial recommendations
Coordinate with design and supervision teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare regular financial and cost reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience within the UAE in consultancy or construction sectors
