- Ability to review the monthly payments.
- Ability to review, analyze the Cost Claims and prepare reports.
- Adequate experience in using Primavera. (Preferred)
- Ability to review, analyze the EOT Claims and prepare reports.
- Ability to prepare the weekly and monthly reports
- Ability to review the contractor\'s daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ability to carry out the contract administration tasks.
- Ability to draft contractual letters.
- Ability to review, analyze and process the provisional sum items.
- Ability to review the bonds, insurances, and warranties.
- Ability to review process the final settlement and account.
