Job Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a axperienced PMC Senior Quantity surveyor to join the team in ADNOC HQ Office.

Duties and responsibilities

+ Required proficiency in advanced software estimating tools

+ price / forecast the cost of the materials required for change in as-tendered base design to final design per specific site requirements

+ prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

+ track changes to the design and / or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly

+ Support the evaluation of services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

+ measure and value the work to be done at fabrication site

+ liaise client stakeholders and other construction professionals, such as engineering managers, project managers and engineers

+ Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders

+ Traveling from the office to various sites as may be required

+ Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, commercial management or construction

+ Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas projects
