Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our PMC team on ADNOC project. Successful candidate should deliver below responsibilities;

Role Responsibilities Required proficiency in advanced software estimating tools Price / forecast the cost of the materials required for change in as-tendered base design to final design per specific site requirements Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and / or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly Support the evaluation of services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project Measure and value the work to be done at fabrication site Liaise client stakeholders and other construction professionals, such as engineering managers, project managers and engineers Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders Traveling from the office to various sites as may be required Skills / Qualifications

Qualification and experience required

Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, commercial management or construction Chartered status from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Preferable) Minimum 10 years experience in offshore construction and fabrication Key Skills required

Numeracy A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a team The ability to negotiate Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Company Overview
