Encipher AI has partnered with a prestigious client based in UAE specializing in Investment, Financial Services and Technology. This is a permanent position based onsite in Abu Dhabi and will be a part of the company's Quantitative Research and Developing team.

Role

In this role, you will be developing investment algorithms that provide monetary opportunities for the team. All teams work collaboratively in research or production squads as such this is a key role to determine success across the business.

Technology / Responsibilities

* Propose a falsifiable theory as to why an opportunity exists and is likely to continue * Develop an investment algorithm that monetizes opportunities * Assess the profitability of the algorithm under various regimes/scenarios * A PhD or Masters in technology, physics, mathematics or similar. * Previous exposure as a Quantitative Researcher or Developer in Financial Services/ Investments is a must.
