Provide support to the VP Manufacturing, Operations Management and Global HSE Manager and all other staff and oversee the QHSE responsibilities for the KSA.
Key Responsibilities: (Key Tasks)
Assume responsibility for the overall management and development of the QHSE function in the KSA.
Responsible for leading the overall product and process quality for the KSA location.
Management Representative for the Quality Management System
Deliver a robust, best in class corporate governance, advisory and operational support across the full spectrum of QHSE matters.
Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products
Lead quality team in investigations of non-conformances and customer issues
Shape and improve current QHSE strategies and policies, systems and procedures whilst ensuring compliance to company policy and regulating authority standards.
Lead investigations into incidents and non-compliance issues.
Maximise the awareness of QHSE focusing on continuous performance improvement in safety initiatives.
From an QHSE perspective act as focal point of contact with company clients, regulatory bodies and government agencies.
Ensure effective measurement of safety performance, implementing audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, analysis and the design of corrective action learning processes.Act as mentor, trainer, advisor and communicator across the entire workforce creating maximum impact on the value of embracing positive QHSE behavioural attitudes.
Constantly act as a catalyst for step-change in safety behavior, attitude and performance, fostering excellent working relationships with other internal departments.
Be prepared to challenge the norm and intervene proactively with line management on any breach of QHSE policy or practice.
Ensure effective contribution from an HSE perspective in the preparation and presentation of bids and proposals.
Assist in the delivery of company-wide QHSE policies and procedures, supporting and implementing Group HSE and Q initiatives where required.
Coordinate internal Quality and HSE audits.
Ensure that effective auditing tools, processes and resources are in place and are being effectively utilised to support that continuous improvement process.
Develop reporting/tools in order to track audit findings and to investigate underlying themes and costs.
Provide management reports which describe and provide measurement of the level of compliance being achieved, together with recommendations and proposed solutions in respect of compliance issues and problems identified.
Works with high integrity and complies with corporate guidelines on business ethics.
Carry out other duties as required to support the Forum businesses at the Peregrine Road facility.

Manage systems and controls in line with FET policies.

QHSE support to the group.
Establish and maintain a system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and OHSAS18001 / ISO45001 or APIQ1 (as applicable)
Implementation of an overall QHSE plans and audit schedules.
Prepare Company QHSE reports.
Reporting of Quality and HSE statistics against set objectives and targets.
Motivate, coach and encourage all personnel in QHSE matters.

Education / Qualifications:
Secondary school qualifications.
Degree or equivalent in QHSE discipline.
