Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control within construction/engineering projects
Strong knowledge of QMS, standards, and codes (e.g., ISO, ASTM)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong leadership abilities
Good communication and team coordination skills
