We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior QA/QC Engineer

to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required

quality standards

project specifications

, and

regulatory compliance

. Candidates must have extensive experience in the

UAE construction sector

, with a solid understanding of local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

Project Quality Plans

,

Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

, and

method statements

. Conduct site inspections and oversee quality assurance/control on materials, workmanship, and processes. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation including QA/QC reports, NCRs, and corrective actions. Manage internal audits and participate in third-party quality audits. Ensure compliance with

UAE regulations

,

contract specifications

, and

company standards

. Assist in training and mentoring QA/QC staff and site personnel. Work closely with the HSE and project management teams to deliver quality and safety goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum

8+ years of experience

in QA/QC within the

construction industry

, with at least

5 years in the UAE

. Strong understanding of

UAE authority approvals

, codes, and local construction practices. Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or complex commercial/residential projects is preferred. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software systems. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills. Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or other relevant QA/QC standards is a plus.
