We are currently looking for an experienced

Senior Purchasing Officer

to lead and strengthen our vehicle acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase used vehicles from private sellers, walk-in customers, online leads, and referrals Conduct professional

vehicle inspections

, evaluate condition, service history, and market value Negotiate purchase prices to secure

best market deals

while maintaining company margins Finalise purchase agreements and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate with RTA offices to complete

ownership transfer processes

smoothly Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the UAE automotive market Maintain accurate records of vehicle purchases and reports Support junior purchasing staff and contribute to process improvement Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years experience

in used car purchasing or automotive buying (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of

UAE car market values

, brands, and resale trends Proven negotiation and closing skills Ability to inspect vehicles confidently and identify mechanical, cosmetic, and documentation issues Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Valid UAE driving licence Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with dealer platforms, auctions, or CRM systems is an advantage
