KOmbatchain is currently recruiting for a Senior Public Relations Executive to join our growing marketing & communications team. In this role, you will work with a team of graphic designers, video production leads & other creative talent to help raise the profile of KOmbatchain and its affiliated athletes. The KOmbatchain marketing & communications is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our brand. They are tasked with developing high-impact, iconic and culturally relevant creative for consumer marketing, content and experiences across our rapidly growing brand.
As KOmbatchain Senior Public Relations Executive you can expect to:

• Work hands-on within a small in-house PR team and function

• Draft press announcements, press releases and media alerts

• Assist with managing both inbound and outbound media relations

• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets

• Be a touchpoint for media and social events

• Assist with managing the press budget reporting and managing activity within budget

• Assist with building and monitoring the costing of press and influencer coverage on an annual basis working closely with the social media, editorial, digital & creative teams

• Draft presentations on key activity (launches, social events) for internal information

The skills and experience required for the role:

• Degree in marketing & communications, public relations, journalism or similar field

• 3-5 years in mid-level hands-on PR positions within a PR agency or in-house environment; experience with sports or cryptocurrency brands preferred

• Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional departments in fast-paced environments with changing direction

• Experience in how to measure PR success and how to translate it back into business success

• Experience in liaising with and managing PR agencies & external providers

• Good network of PR contacts & influencers

• Fluent written & spoken English is required with excellent communication skills

What would really make your application stand out is:

• Previous experience working in boxing or combat sports

• A working knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies

• Fluency in additional languages would be a bonus
