Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in property or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of property management principles, maintenance standards, and tenancy laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with commercial and/or residential property portfolios. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Familiarity with local real estate regulations and leasing practices. Act as a liaison between tenants, service providers, and the property management team. Monitor lease agreements, tenancy schedules, and ensure compliance with lease terms. Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and documentation. Handle tenant complaints, service requests, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and operational plans for properties. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance and repair works. Conduct routine inspections of the property and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintain proper records of all property activities including maintenance logs, service contracts, and incident reports. Support leasing and marketing initiatives by preparing units and coordinating viewings when necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
