Secondary Market Real Estate Agent

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be driven, well-connected, and ready to close deals with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

List and sell residential and commercial properties in the secondary market (ready properties). Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research and comparative market analysis. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties. Coordinate property viewings and negotiations. Prepare necessary documents for property transactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay informed about current market trends and legal regulations in UAE real estate.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in UAE secondary real estate market

(ready properties).

Valid UAE driving license

and own vehicle (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it). Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for real estate. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
