The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and facilitating property sales and leasing transactions. This role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
Identify client needs and provide suitable property options (sales and leasing).
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Advise clients on property prices, market trends, and legal requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and competitor activities.
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lease targets.
Mentor, support, and guide junior consultants within the team.
Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
Ensure superior client service to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
3-5+ years of experience in real estate sales/leasing, with a proven track record.
Strong knowledge of the local property market, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
