Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and close property transactions (leasing, resale, or off-plan)
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors
Conduct property viewings, advise clients on pricing strategies, and negotiate terms
Provide market insights and guide clients through every step of the sale or lease process
Follow up on leads, manage your portfolio, and maintain regular client communication
Participate in project launches, events, and client meetings
Ensure all transactions comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
in the UAE, ideally Abu Dhabi
Solid understanding of
local communities, developers, and pricing trends
Proven
sales and negotiation skills
, confident in handling client objections
UAE driving license
is mandatory
ADM broker license
is preferred or in progress
Fluent in
English
(Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
