2. Role Description - Property Consultant (Secondary Market)

You will join one of our dedicated

secondary market teams

, each led by an experienced Sales Manager, specialized by area, and supported by strong systems.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing inbound and outbound leads Daily prospecting to secure listings from landlords and investors Staying updated with real market trends (Bayut, Property Finder, CBRE, DXBInteract, PM Index) Conducting viewings & negotiating deals Managing owner relationships with professionalism and strategic advice Understanding pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, and rental demand in your area Maintaining a consistent performance rhythm (daily KPIs + weekly reporting)
You will learn to speak like a market expert -- not a typical agent -- through the training, scripts, and playbooks we provide.

For experienced agents:

Strong knowledge of secondary sales Strong closing skills Portfolio of buyers or sellers is a bonus Dubai experience is a plus but not mandatory if mindset is strong

when you exceed your monthly target Expected income on hitting target:
