Tusmo real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in offplan market or secondary market, with 1 year of real estate experience, it must be in UAE. Desired candidate profile:
- Proven track record of sales in real estate industry in UAE
- Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai\'s real estate market, excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales,Rent
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales or rent strategies.
- Have a good network of investors in the market.
- Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker
- Proven record serving as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers.
- Good Skills in assisting landlords in promoting their properties for sale or rent
- Good environment
- A competitive commission structure.
- Good training
- Client acquisition support:
- Full marketing support : hot leads, open house ,Roadshow
- Real Estate (UAE): 1 year (Required)
- license or certification as Real Estate Agent? (Required)
