Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Property Consultant

with strong expertise in

sales and purchases

across both

Off-Plan

and

Secondary Market

properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality real estate advisory services and build strong relationships with key developers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and execute

sales and purchase transactions only

for Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. Provide professional and accurate real estate consultations to clients. Analyze market trends and identify suitable investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with

major real estate developers in the UAE

. Stay up to date with new projects, launches, and developers' sales strategies. Prepare and present property proposals in a professional manner. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure proper follow-up on legal documentation and complete transactions efficiently. Maintain and update client and project databases regularly.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in the Abu Dhabi real estate market (mandatory). Proven experience in

Off-Plan

and

Secondary Market

transactions. Strong knowledge of major UAE developers and ability to build strong relationships with them. Excellent command of the

English language

(spoken and written). Any additional language is considered an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
