PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY ROLE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sale and leasing of premium residential properties across Dubai Proactively source new listings through canvassing and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and coordinate photography for new listings Upload and manage property listings on CRM systems and marketing portals Handle inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants, qualifying leads and matching them with suitable inventory Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the decision-making process Negotiate and close transactions, attending DLD to finalize title transfers Advise clients on current market trends, pricing strategies and investment opportunities Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE Experience in real estate brokerage and sales Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools Relevant certifications and licenses Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
