Senior Projects Manager
Job Location : Sharjah, UAE
Job Details :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in managing high-rise buildings and hospitality projects, with at least 8 years in the UAE.
- Expertise in luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and high-rise towers.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, value engineering, and operational integration.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Proven success in delivering high-rise towers exceeding 30+ floors.
- Experience in FF&E, joinery production, fit-out, and high-end finishes.
- Strong technical and design management capabilities with an eye for detail and quality.
