Experience
25+ years
leading$1B+ luxury mixed-use coastal programs
(beachfront/island settings).Proven success
delivering projects withsensitive environmental constraints
(marine protected areas, UNESCO sites, erosion zones). Portfolio demonstratingfull lifecycle delivery
(concept ? operations) oficonic destinations
.Technical Expertise
Program Management Tools:
Primavera P6, EcoSys, Aconex, BIM 360, Power BI.Coastal Engineering Knowledge:
Marine infrastructure, sediment management, habitat offsetting.Luxury Specifications:
FF&E, MEP, and facade standards for 5 resorts/villas.Leadership Traits
Negotiation Prowess:
Managed "starchitect"/contractor conflicts on high-stakes projects.Crisis Leadership:
Resolved hurricanes, supply chain collapses, or environmental non-compliance.Cultural Intelligence:
Navigated projects across MENA, Asia, Caribbean, or Mediterranean contexts.Highly Desirable
Professional Certifications:
PgMP, PMP, CEng, MRICS
. Fluency inEnglish, desirable Arabic, or Albanian
. Network oftop-tier coastal contractors
(e.g., DEME, Van Oord, Besix). Publications/patents insustainable coastal development
