KBR is looking for Senior Project TimeKeeper to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects

Experience required: To follow up with Individual timesheet of all project employees and ensure to record in the system before month close. Consolidate the Induvial time sheet and get it approved from stake holder. To maintain the leave tracker of all project employees and ensure reconciling with system on a monthly basis. Reconciliation of approved timesheet with system booked hours and make necessary corrections. To track the mobilization / demobilization of employees and update the necessary report. Handling PAAF / MMR documents of the projects. To support Finance to for Invoice process and payment follow up. To be readily available for taking additional roles whenever required by the team. Minimum 10+ years of experience BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree Mandatory.
