We're looking for a

Senior Project Surveyor

who can lead site survey operations with accuracy, agility, and a passion for innovation.

What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate all site surveying activities with a focus on accuracy and dimensional control. Establish and maintain control networks and ensure precise setting?out for structural, architectural, MEP, and civil works. Conduct topographic and monitoring surveys (settlement, deformation, verticality) and prepare high?quality as?built documentation. Manage survey data and integrate outputs with BIM and QA/QC requirements. Supervise and mentor surveyors, ensuring strong planning, proper instrument handling, and safe practices. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering. 8+ years' experience in large-scale construction projects; Tier?1 contractor experience is a plus. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and solid knowledge of topographic calculations, benchmarks, and survey workflows both on-site and in the office. Hands-on experience using GPS, total stations, and level machines, including regular instrument calibration and maintenance. Excellent understanding of construction tolerances, setting?out methods, and surveying best practices. Leadership capability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem?solving.
