WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager/Producer
to lead key strategies and activations for our partners across sport, entertainment, and culture.
As a
Senior Project Manager/Producer
, your primary role will be to lead the delivery of impactful events across a variety of formats. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, world-class project delivery, acting as the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and external partners to enable seamless collaboration and create unforgettable experiences.
You will meet high-level standards, budgets, and timelines, working within the scope of developed concepts and creative ideas.
This position will be based in Dubai and will require strong knowledge of local culture (including sport, fashion, music, entertainment, and tech), trends, brands, and how audiences engage with these core segments of our world.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
Oversee large-scale or multi-workstream projects from concept to completion
Lead cross-functional delivery with creative, production, and strategy teams
Ensure excellence in execution, quality assurance, and risk management
Client & Partner Coordination
Act as strategic lead and primary relationship manager for top-tier clients
Provide senior counsel, solution-focused thinking, and direction to stakeholders
Maintain project health through regular communication, review, and accountability
Creative & Strategic Support
Lead pitch development and strategic storytelling across sport, culture, and purpose
Shape the creative vision and structure for client proposals
Ensure outputs align with client needs, audience insights, and act.3's cultural voice
Process & Documentation
Oversee budgets, forecasting, and internal systems across major projects
Implement delivery best practices and upskill the team in operational excellence
Support hiring and resourcing decisions in partnership with leadership
Cultural & Community Engagement
Cultivate external relationships with community leaders, creators, and collaborators
Ensure cultural relevance and impact are embedded in every activation
Represent act.3 at cultural events, panels, and industry conversations
Business Development
Identify and convert new client opportunities in culture, sport, and sustainability
Own and lead proposal development, pitch strategy, and commercial negotiations
Build scalable client partnerships that align with act.3's purpose and capabilities
