Job Summary
We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.
This critical role will be responsible for planning and managing Infrastructure Projects, ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality, on time, on budget, and to client expectations whilst overseeing large and/or multidisciplinary project teams (including several significant sub consultants) through consistent performance management and development of staff, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
Paramount to success within this varied role will include.
- Managing multi-disciplined infrastructure design projects.
- Responsible for time, cost and quality in delivery of projects.
- Adhering to KEO's quality management system (BMS) for all assigned projects.
- Managing Clients, KEO resources, design and approval tasks to deliver assigned projects.
- Managing the process of applications of local and international design standards.
- Liaising with government authorities, utility providers, related approval organisations and project stakeholders.
- Assisting in generating and following up on business opportunities for your assigned area as required by the Director.
- Assisting in the preparation or contributing to tender proposals and variation orders as required by the Director.
- Assisting in the preparation and arrangement of presentations and meetings with potential and current Clients.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience with a Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
