The Senior Project Manager will be to oversee and manage all aspects of MAF Entertainment\xe2\x80\x99s exciting Leisure projects, ensuring efficient project delivery and seamless integration of different functions, a strong background in operational project management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and strong experience in the Leisure Industry.

- Manage The Operational Aspects Of Leisure Projects, Including Project Planning, Resource Allocation, Timeline Management, And Budget Control.
- Facilitate Seamless Communication And Collaboration Among Different Departments Involved In The Project To Ensure Efficient Project Delivery.
- Oversee The Implementation Of Project Strategies, Ensuring Adherence To Project Goals, Quality Standards, And Best Practices.
- Coordinate With The Operations Department To Develop Operational Processes And Procedures For The Successful Launch And Ongoing Management Of Leisure Facilities
- Monitor Project Performance Metrics And Provide Regular Reports To The Leadership Team, Highlighting Key Achievements, Challenges, And Opportunities For Improvement
- Foster A Culture Of Collaboration, Innovation, And Continuous Improvement Within The Project Team And Across Departments.
- Work Closely With The Project Delivery Team To Ensure Alignment Of Operational Plans With Project Timelines And Milestones.
- Act As A Liaison Between Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Vendors, And Contractors, To Ensure Smooth Project Execution
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\'S Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
- Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Cross-Functional Teams.
- Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Proactive And Solution-Oriented Mindset. Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools.
- Exceptional Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
- Proven Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Leisure Industry Or A Similar Field.
- A Good Understanding Of Leisure Rides And Attractions Would Be An Advantage Pmp Or Prince2 Certification Is A Plus.
