About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to join our Transformation Office. In this role, you will lead strategic and operational projects that directly impact our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, you will manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of strategic and tactical projects. Align project goals with company strategy and business objectives. Manage project portfolio, ensuring prioritization and resource allocation. Define scopes, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs for each initiative. Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Monitor risks, resolve issues, and adapt project plans as needed. Report project progress, risks, and results to C-level executives. Review business processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. 7-10 years' experience in project management, including at least 3 years in consulting or corporate transformation roles. Experience working with C-level executives. Knowledge of the insurance sector is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong project management skills (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2 preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and MS Project. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
