SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER FOR STP PROJECT (IMMEDIATE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the full lifecycle of

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) / Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) projects

across design, construction, and commissioning phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven project management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of STP/WWTP projects, from design through to commissioning. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor and update project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Oversee project budgets, cash flow, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with local authorities such as DEWA, SEWA, ADM, and municipalities. Lead project meetings and communicate progress to management and clients. Manage variations, claims, and contractual obligations. Uphold high standards of site safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of treatment technologies (MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP, etc.). Strong background in lump sum and design & build contracts (e.g., FIDIC-based). Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
