Responsibilities

To lead a team of Project Engineers to execute each assigned Project, 100% in accordance with Tender, Project Margin, Specification, Client delivery dates and drawing approvals. To fully maintain the Project Margin and claim for any project variation as required. Communicate effectively with the customer & management to maintain the highest customer satisfaction level. Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to Management. Ensure approvals for production are obtained by project engineers in a timely fashion to give a continuous release for production. Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets. Review each project that is passed from sales, technically evaluate it based on the specification, tender and purchase order, once reviewed hand it over to dedicated team of project engineers to execute the project in accordance with business demands. Coordinate with the Production Engineer to obtain manufacturing dates and plan for daily, weekly and monthly production plan and release for manufacture based on client expectation. Ensure timely procurement of all materials, especially Long Lead items. Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring Responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts. Confirm Delivery dates with production and priorities based on total client's requirement. So project engineers can communicate with end clients about delivery. At project close out

Check Total Value, match with purchase order and any variation done.

As built drawing to forward to client.

All quantity to forward to client.

Follow up with Sales team, until order is placed. Hand over the complete files of the awarded project to the concerned project engineer. Participate in the Clarification Meetings.

Qualification:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 8 years' experience

Technically strong in Steel Enclosures

Excellent in English (oral and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
