As a

Senior Project Manager

- Road and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale civil construction projects from initiation through completion. The role requires full ownership of project execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, construction, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure full technical and contractual compliance. Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources. Lead site teams and enforce strict adherence to HSE and quality standards. Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain progress and cost control. Review and approve technical submittals, material approvals, and progress reports. Chair project meetings and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 18 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects. Previous experience in the UAE or other GCC countries is highly desirable. Strong technical knowledge of concrete and foundation design, soil improvement, cable trenching, water-proofing, and substation building works. Familiarity with relevant standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, IEC). PMP or construction management certification is an advantage. Solid leadership, delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
