We are currently working with a leading project and construction management consultancy as they are urgently looking for a number of Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of a large scale urban development in Riyadh, KSA. You will report to the senior management regarding all project delivery related matters and be fully responsible for the successful delivery of the services. You will be required to act as the single focal point of contact between the Project / Construction Director and the internal and external delivery team members. This is a broad role that encompasses planning and scheduling, risk management, construction phase management, commercial management and client management. We are looking for Senior Project Managers with experience in:

• Large scale landscape project management
• Major concrete structures experience
• Major infrastructure delivery experience

To be considered for the roles, candidates must have:

• Minimum 15 years experience including Middle East experience
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Project Management
• Large scale andamp; complex project experience
