Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team!

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Responsible for day to day management and oversight of the project on behalf of the Client.

Responsible for project management activities including but not limited to, planning and scheduling, and monitoring, progress measurement, risk management and reporting. Manages project controls personnel.

Responsible for establishing operating policies to mitigate risk.

Provides guidance and consultation for Client\'s management. Experienced with a variety of the field\'s

Guide and direct resolution of project difficulties and complex project issues.

Gather information and prepare reports and presentations of information as needed on the project

Coordinate with cross functional team in project setting, ensure project controls team members are interfacing with engineering, procurement, contracts and construction on concepts and relationships to the scope of work and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Perform othe responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:

Strong analytical skills required to review all project controls information and ensure accuracy as well as identify issues, concerns and potential mitigations

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related fields and fifteen (15) years experience in Construction Management. Experience working for a Contractor

Experience in large rail projects

Leadership ability and strong management skills

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to multi-task in a high paced project environment

What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:

Establish and manage project schedule development, review and update processes and to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule. Manage and ensure all project required reporting is pared and submitted as per approved
