Pre-requisites:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree in Engineering is Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) RMP (Risk Management Professional) Experience in Oil & Gas Projects with a value above QAR 300-500 million, Green Field or Brown Field Candidate shall have an extensive understanding & experience in planning & scheduling of infrastructure projects from (EPC/EPIC) Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Handover. Minimum 15 years with 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Oil & Gas company and shall have good communication, coordination and management skills.

Additional requirements:

Experience with Qatar Energy projects preferred, however will also consider candidates who have approvals from ADNOC, ENOC, ARAMCO in the capacity of Project Manager Experience in managing projects such as Gas processing plants, LPG Bottling plants is highly desirable. The candidate must have outstanding capability of maintaining cordial working relation with Client (Include state run energy companies), engineering consultants, third party consultants, Subcontractors and Vendors The candidate must be conversant with Team management, Material management, time management, Project Risk assessment and Mitigations. The Project manager, is expected to have good knowledge in Supply Chain Management in coordination with procurement department and Logistics. The Project Manager is expected to have basic knowledge on multi disciplines such as Mechanical, Civil, E&I and process in an Oil and Gas upstream/Downstream Process flow. Good knowledge on Process piping, Static equipment's, Rotary equipment's, E&I systems etc is highly
desirable. Past experience in Degassing stations, GOSPs, Gas processing plants, well head and Flow lines, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Offshore facilities etc shall be advantageous.


Basic knowledge on international engineering standards and codes such as IEC/IEEE/ASTM/ASME/API /Shell design Engineering Practices (DEP) etc.is desirable. Good knowledge on Safety and engineering studies.

Priority will be given to locally available candidates who can join us immediately, but we also welcome overseas candidates with GCC experience, provided they can obtain a Qatar work visa. Currently, restricted countries include Syria, Palestine, Sudan, Yemen and Egypt.*

Salary Package & Benefits:

Salary is up to QR 55k Benefits for the Senior PM will be for Employee, Spouse & 2 children under 18, (with Schooling, QAR 27,500 per child per year), provided that dependents are sponsored by the employee.
