ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance organisational performance taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment, defining the scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals and secure buy in through collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2.Project Management and Implementation Develop full-scale project plans, project management activities, documentations, timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Direct and manage projects from beginning to end, ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budgets Deploy operational Excellence Lean Six Sigma initiative across ADCB as required Apply project management methodology and tools to drive large scale change projects in order to achieve the desired result/change.
Train and coach employees in the OE and LSS methodology and meet all ISO requirements to obtain and maintain certification, drive the OE culture throughout the organization Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentations, and presentations in line with the required standards to meet the needs of stakeholders.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Implementation and Management Define, manage and monitor project KPIs and ensure improved solutions are sustained through the implementation of KPIs Conduct post-project reviews including project performance and improvements as compared to preproject metrics and market benchmarks in order to demonstrate the impact and provide the required information to stakeholders 4. Manage People and Change Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and continually manage and communicate project expectations with team members and other stakeholders to keep them informed and manage their expectations on the project progress and results Create and lead the project team effectively towards fulfilling the various tasks and milestones within a project to ensure it is delivered as per the agreed plan Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to ensure the project remains in line with business requirements Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work to ensure they are able to deliver as required 5. Quality Performance Management Ensure all ISO requirements are met in order to obtain certification in line with the requirements of the bank 6. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders 7. Self-Management Manage self in line with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.

Skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Minimum Experience At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry Experience in handling technology integration and process, re-engineering projects would be an advantage Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a reputable university MBA or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree would be an advantage Professional Qualifications A professional project management degree (PMP or Prince 2) would be an advantage. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Knowledge and Skills Strong finance knowledge and capabilities in banking. regulatory framework and implications Document structuring and story boarding capabilities Excellent organisational/project management skills working with multiple groups across geographies Strong understanding of distribution, products, sales management, customer solutions, and banking risks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership capability, excellent interpersonal skills, multicultural awareness and sensitivity Creative and open mindset
