Randstad is working with an industry leading project management consultancy in the search for a Senior Project Manager with MSI & Smart city experience based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate is someone that has previously managed the works of an MSI, or someone that has worked for an MSI as a Project Manager and managed the project from design through to delivery and operation. This role is to be a key part of a PMC team which is providing project management services for a client on a world class new development in Riyadh, KSA. The Project Manager provides direction and management for the Smart City/MSI project and ensures project\'s compliance with the client\'s expectations, on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Extensive experience in this field, combined with your experience coordinating projects through all phases of project inception, programming, design, and closeout will propel your career and leadership opportunities forward. We need our Senior Project Managers to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments that have exceptional communication, analytical and organisational skills. Requirements:

• BSc Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or relevant degree
• 15+ years of related management and engineering experience on large scale programs encompassing overall project cycles from inception through construction closeout, with Safety, Security, Smart City and MSI as the key element of responsibility within the overall project delivery.
• Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background, including various contract delivery methods.
• Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients, liaise with relevant government authorities, and enjoy being hands on technically in the project
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications, and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
